What You’ll Do…

Relocity is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to lead and evolve a critical, highly cross-functional implementation function responsible for enterprise client onboarding, integrations, and delivery execution.

You will lead a small, high-impact implementation team while helping bring greater structure, scalability, and operational consistency to a growing function. This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, product, engineering, and operations, ensuring Relocity can support highly customized enterprise implementations in a sustainable and efficient way.

This is a highly hands-on player-coach role. We are looking for someone who can lead the team while also rolling up their sleeves to directly support complex implementations, integrations, process optimization, and operational problem solving.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving operational complexity, and is energized by building better systems, processes, and implementation experiences within a fast-moving environment.

How You’ll Do It…

Implementation Leadership & Delivery

• Lead complex enterprise implementations from onboarding through execution, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Act as a hands-on implementation lead capable of stepping directly into higher complexity integrations and operational challenges
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive successful onboarding and implementation experiences

Process Improvement & Operational Scalability

• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve implementation processes across the function
• Help shape and operationalize a more scalable implementation structure while maintaining flexibility within a highly customized environment
• Establish clear prioritization, accountability, and execution standards across implementations

Team Leadership

• Lead and support a small Implementation team through prioritization, coaching, collaboration, and day-to-day operational guidance
• Operate as a working team lead rather than a purely strategic people manager
• Help create structure and consistency while remaining adaptable as the team evolves

Client Delivery & Account Support

• Own high-profile or complex implementations, stepping in during critical phases or escalations to drive outcomes
• Partner closely with enterprise clients to ensure successful onboarding and implementation experiences
• Maintain strong attention to detail across timelines, dependencies, communication, and execution

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to ensure implementation continuity and successful delivery
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to solve complex implementation challenges and improve scalability
• Serve as a bridge between business needs, technical constraints, and operational execution

Operational Excellence

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple concurrent implementations
• Maintain calm, solutions-oriented leadership during escalations, shifting priorities, and complex client scenarios
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation execution, communication, and delivery standards

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

• 5+ years in Implementations, Professional Services, Technical Project Management, Solutions Delivery, or related client-facing delivery functions within a SaaS or technology-enabled services environment
• You’ve led and developed people, even within lean teams where staying close to the work is essential
• You know how to build structure inside ambiguity and bring organization to complex, fast-moving environments
• You’re comfortable owning highly customized implementations with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving priorities
• You’re technical enough to navigate integrations, APIs, and implementation workflows while effectively partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• You approach operational challenges with curiosity, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• You’re energized by improving processes, reducing bottlenecks, and helping teams operate more effectively at scale
• You operate well under pressure and bring calm, steady leadership to complex client or operational situations
• You collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams and naturally build alignment around shared goals
• Experience within SaaS, HR tech, mobility, relocation, or other service-heavy technology environments is preferred

Salary range: $130,000–$150,000 base salary + bonus
