Director, Enterprise Program Management

Work closely with Dropbox’s VP, Strategy and Business Operations and Dropbox’s leadership to develop drive the execution of Dropbox’s strategy. Drive the tracking and execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on our strategy. Monitor and track company level goals and report to the senior leadership team on progress and highlight areas requiring further attention and remediation. Run the business cadence activities for Dropbox including WBR, MBR, QBRs. Contribute to the strategic planning process by co-leading the operational planning process for Dropbox and helping business leaders develop operational plans. Develop a program and project management center of excellence for Dropbox.
