To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards that promote self-service analytics and lead a team focused on delivering analytic solutions and dashboards in a remote environment.

##### Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions

Guide data governance and sourcing optimization to ensure accurate decision-making and a unified data view

Build and manage a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

##### Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI

Fluency in data management tools and experience with SQL, VBA, and database design

Experience in developing business key performance indicators (KPIs) and automated reporting solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
