To support business growth, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards for self-service analytics, lead a team of analysts, and collaborate with operational teams while working remotely.

##### Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions

Guide data sourcing optimization and governance to ensure a trusted single version of the truth for decision-making

Build and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

##### Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI and CRM tools like Tableau and Salesforce

Fluency in data management tools, including ETL and visualization tools, with knowledge of SQL and database design preferred

Experience in requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment of BI solutions across various technologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
