To support the growth of business intelligence initiatives, the full-time Director of Business Intelligence will establish a BI architecture and standards, lead a team of analysts, and develop self-service analytics solutions in a remote environment.

##### Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a BI strategy that aligns with company objectives, focusing on scalable analytics and dashboard solutions

Guide data sourcing optimization and establish governance policies to ensure accurate decision-making

Build and mentor a high-performing BI team while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making

##### Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of implementing self-service BI solutions and experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI

Fluency in data management tools and experience with SQL, VBA, and ETL processes

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
