##### Key responsibilities

• Establish a commercial desk operating model and drive consistent deal review standards
• Define and enforce pricing guardrails and reduce margin leakage through improved pricing consistency
• Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial policies

##### Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing, or Commercial Operations
• 5-8 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Strong understanding of CPQ systems and revenue recognition principles
