To enhance the delivery of managed services, the full-time salaried Director of Managed Services will oversee operational strategy, client relationships, and technical oversight while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Set and maintain operational standards and performance benchmarks across managed service lines and the Network Operations Center (NOC)

Serve as the senior delivery owner for enterprise and SMB client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Define and maintain technical strategy and operational standards for service-aligned technical teams

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in managed services, IT operations, or technology service delivery

3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers and multi-functional teams

Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and delivery P&L

Strong operational background, including SLA management and service metrics

Experience spanning both NOC/operations and technical service delivery disciplines
