To support the growth of pharmacy network contracting, the full-time remote Director of Network Analytics will manage data governance, advanced analytics, and reporting to ensure data integrity and drive insights for decision-making across the organization.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the informatics framework for pharmacy network contracting, ensuring data consistency and integrity

Design advanced network models and analytical frameworks to evaluate reimbursement strategies and provider performance

Lead the development of standardized reporting and dashboards for network performance and deliver actionable insights through analyses

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience

7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare analytics, or pharmacy informatics

3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams

Demonstrated experience with claims data and complex data environments

Proven ability to lead analytics or informatics functions in a regulated healthcare setting
