Job Description
Leading operations within the Extended Business Office Service line, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage back-end revenue cycle operations, focusing on AR management, denials management, and team leadership for both commercial and governmental claims resolution.
##### Key responsibilities
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and achieve financial objectives for the assigned region
Lead team performance towards short-term goals and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Oversee employee evaluations and facilitate continuous improvement of operational processes
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA), or related field
Three years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management
Minimum of two years of management experience leading teams of at least 10 people
Strong understanding of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adapting to new computer applications
