Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear priorities for skills mastery and verification solutions

Integrate AI-driven features to improve learner outcomes and enhance engagement metrics across web and mobile platforms

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products

3+ years of experience managing Product Managers or leading cross-functional teams

Demonstrated history of improving measurable metrics such as activation, engagement, and retention

Experience applying AI/ML technologies to product experiences

Strong foundation in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing
