Job Summary

Leads the team that designs, modifies, writes and implements software associated with the ACE Self Service platforms; and provides training and production support for installed applications.

Major Responsibilities

Formulates and designs Mobile App, Web, and POS software system, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.

Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of

software.

Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Consults with other IS staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and

performance requirements of overall system.

May perform some technical systems design.

Coordinates installation, software distributions and upgrades to ACE retail centers.

Provides production support to field operations concerning maintenance of software system.

Leads, oversees and directs the work of other team members.

May perform special projects.
