Job Description
What you'll do
Process, label and assemble prescriptions accurately using Titan PMR
Support prescription collection, telephone and counter enquiries, routine patient and GP practice queries, owing items and deliveries
Process prescription charges, declarations and other routine payments accurately
Help keep stock controlled, organised and rotated, including timely returns and expiry checks
Work closely with the Responsible Pharmacist and wider pharmacy team to keep the dispensary safe and running smoothly
Deliver a warm, respectful service and refer clinical or safety concerns promptly.
