Job Description
To support a growing legal services team, the full-time Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using online platforms, collaborate with team members, and participate in ongoing training while working remotely from Kansas.
##### Key responsibilities
Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
Desire and ability to be a team player
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
