Driver Recruiter (Class 1 Drivers)

With the continued growth of the transportation industry Scotlynn is seeking a Bilingual Class 1 Driver who would like to expand their career into Driver Recruiting. This is an in-office role based in Quebec with occasional in-person meetings and travel to hiring events. If you are bilingual (French/English) a natural communicator and passionate about connecting with fellow drivers we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE

Scotlynn is hiring a Bilingual Driver Recruiter with proven experience as a Class 1 Driver and strong experience in the transportation industry. This is an in-office position located outside the Greater Montreal Area with dedicated time on the road networking with drivers. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Class 1 Driver and have a deep understanding of the trucking and logistics world.

As part of our Driver Recruiting Team you will

Attract network interview and hire Class 1 / AZ drivers across Canada

Build talent pipelines through job boards social media referrals and industry events

Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met

Represent Scotlynn at trade shows info sessions and recruitment fairs

ABOUT YOU

Bilingual French & English (written and spoken)

Experience in transportation / logistics industry (Class 1 driver experience preferred)

Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms Indeed and social media recruiting

Strong communication and networking skills

Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events

Self-driven organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment

YOUR COMMITMENT

Full-time permanent role

Core hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Occasional evenings and weekends for hiring events
