Recently acquired by Blue Plane our mission is to divert waste from landfill, and with a large fleet of collection vehicles and line haul operations, we are committed to driving sustainability for the communities and businesses we serve.

About the Role

Contract Type: Casual

Days of Work: As and When Required

Key responsibilities

• Cover for employees who are on Annual or Sick Leave
• Logging information on Eroad/Logbook
• Trained to safely operate one of our range of vehicles
• Keep fit while you work - you may be required to get in and out of the truck multiple time’s

Skills and experience

• Holds a NZ Class 2 driver’s licence or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience driving Class 2 vehicles
• Able to work flexible hours
• Team player and willing to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with members of the public
• Confident with technology as you will be required to use a phone
