About you
Team leadership – the ability to manage, support and coach the team alongside the current manager and under experienced owners
Collaborate in a team focused environment
A can-do positive attitude with a genuine passion for good customer service and hospitality
Handle a fast-paced environment with ease and stay calm under pressure
Must comply with NZ rules and regulations for The Sale and Supply of Alcohol, Food Hygiene Safety and Sanitation
Good Knowledge of the English language written and spoken as this is a customer facing role
A current General Manager Certificate
Solid hospitality experience
* Be available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
