• Nurture Childcare Limited is looking for full-time Early Years Educators to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising children's play and encouraging physical, social and emotional development.
• Providing opportunities for different types of play and preparing materials for a wide range of
• children's activities.
• Encouraging children's independence, self-confidence and social interaction.
• Organising and supervising children on excursions.
• Organising and supervising children's activities in accordance with Childcare Regulations, cleaning
• up the play area and equipment after use, liaising with parents, carers and colleagues and keeping
• all appropriate records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment.
• Caring and empathetic nature.
• A second language would be an advantage.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of
• the company is required.
