Providing accurate and timely assistance to candidates, the full-time remote Endorsement Specialist will manage endorsement applications, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

##### Key responsibilities

Review and process candidate endorsement applications and maintain candidate records

Verify candidate experience through employment audits and communicate with endorsers regarding applications

Utilize endorsement applications throughout the entire lifecycle, including audit resolution

##### Required qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products

Experience with CRM/database applications is a plus

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interact professionally with diverse individuals
