Like fixing complex machinery and solving problems that matter?

We’re looking for an experienced Engineer who enjoys variety, solving problems and keeping machinery moving. One day you could be repairing a potato harvester in the field, the next troubleshooting automated packhouse equipment. If you’re someone who enjoys variety and solving real world problems, you’ll never be stuck doing the same thing every day.

You’ll be part of a practical, values-driven team that values integrity, reliability, teamwork and a good sense of humour, with the opportunity to use your skills across a diverse range of machinery and make a real difference to the performance of our operations.

You’ll work on

• A wide range of harvesters and agricultural machinery
• Post Harvest Packing/Grading lines
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• We’re looking for someone who is practical, mechanically minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Must have

• A strong safety focus and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• A relevant engineering or mechanical trade qualification, or significant practical experience.
• The ability to diagnose problems and find practical solutions.
• A strong focus on preventative maintenance and equipment reliability.
• A willingness to work across both growing and packhouse operations.

Nice to Have

Experience working with agricultural machinery.

* Experience working with production or processing machinery, ideally in a packhouse, manufacturing or similar operational environment.

•         A good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
