Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Lead will shape the technical direction of programs, mentor engineering teams, and manage delivery requirements while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

##### Key responsibilities

Develops an understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements to team members

Provides coaching and mentorship to engineering team members, defining growth goals and development plans

Leads team processes and collaborates with stakeholders to advocate for optimal technical solutions

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, with the possibility of substituting experience for education

2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience, along with leading task efforts to support delivery

Extensive experience in software development, customer interactions, and mentorship
