##### Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles

1+ year in a management position leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products

Strong technical background with experience in both frontend and backend systems

Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment

Experience integrating AI-driven features into product experiences
