Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences while working in a flexible remote environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and drive the development of features to improve fan outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals and facilitate effective communication
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
Proven track record in delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for enhancing support efficiency
Strong understanding of technology and customer support workflows to inform tooling decisions
