Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and coaching to support individual growth and performance

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage dependencies across teams

##### Required qualifications

4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position

Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products

Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems

Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment

Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
