To support the implementation and optimization of Epic applications, the full-time Epic Analyst will analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and provide training while working remotely during daytime hours, requiring Epic Analyst Certification.

##### Key responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring alignment with business needs

Develop and document project procedures for system changes and provide end-user support during implementation

Maintain communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to enhance system functionality

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field

Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience

Epic Module Certification as required by the position

In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience may be considered

In lieu of the educational and experience requirements, a High School Diploma with seven years of related IT experience may be considered
