##### Key responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize provider scheduling templates using Epic Cadence best practices

Analyze data and workflows to identify and implement scheduling and capacity improvements

Lead system enhancements end-to-end, including requirements gathering, build, testing, and deployment

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science, or a related field

Epic Cadence certification (required)

Five years of progressively responsible experience working with information systems

Expertise with Epic Cadence visit type and template build (required)

Additional Epic certifications are a plus
