Job Description
A. Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and build EPR catalogues and clinic configurations.
- Respond to and resolve user queries and incidents via the service desk.
- Perform system administration and data management tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality validation within the system.
B. Operational & Technical Duties
Troubleshoot system issues and work with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
Maintain master files, tables, and configurations within Millennium EPR
Support testing of new releases and updates.
Document application support procedures and system processes.
C. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships and provide specialist advice to stakeholders.
Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Act as a champion for digital transformation and safe patient care.
D. Autonomy & Work Management
Work with some independence, prioritising tasks and managing workload.
Handle unpredictable workloads and competing priorities.
Follow organisational policies and team-based workload allocation.
E. Training & Development
Maintain continuous professional development and technical skills.
Participate in training, user support, and knowledge sharing.
F. General Responsibilities
