EVANGELISM LEADER

Role Overview

• Strengthening and developing discipleship ministries in a multi‑cultural setting.
• Adapting current and future teaching ministries onto an online platform.
• Assist ministry leaders by helping them achieve their objectives.
• Teach, share, and preach the word of God in number of different settings.

Research and Administration

• Study and provide written critiques on current and historic sociological and theological trends within western multiculturalism and western evangelicalism.
• Assist ministry leaders by helping them achieve their objectives.

Youth and Children’s Ministry

• Organise and oversee youth outreach programs.
• Assist in the development and oversight of a robust children’s ministry.
• Leading weekly worship services, bible study, small group fellowships etc.
• Leading discipleship and mentoring classes.

Missions and Outreach

• Develop good and appropriate relationships with the people of the community in order to mentor and support them in every needful way.
• Actively engage in outreach to the diverse communities in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
• Mobilise local churches for missions and how to engage positively with their local communities.
• To set up and host various evangelistic / outreach activities for diverse groups such as youth groups, elderly people, homeless etc.
• Promoting an inter‑generational and cross‑cultural ministry to local community.
• Able to do home visits for the vulnerable, elderly and house bound people who need some godly encouragement, undertake counselling and prayer for all who need that form of intervention.
