Job Description

Premier Play Graphic Designer

Legend Story Studios

Help bring the world of competitive Flesh and Blood to life.

Legend Story Studios is looking for a Premier Play Design Specialist to create the visual experiences that connect players with our global events. From National Championships to the World Tour, your work will help make Premier Play events feel cohesive, distinctive, and unmistakably Flesh and Blood.

If you combine a strong eye for design with an understanding of how creative work translates into physical spaces, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Working closely with our Premier Play, Creative, and Marketing teams, you’ll develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across the Premier Play ecosystem.

You’ll create everything from event branding and promotional materials to venue signage, schedules, and digital assets. You’ll also help develop floor plans and event layouts, bringing together visual storytelling and practical design to support an outstanding player experience.

What you’ll do

  • * Build a cohesive visual identity: Create and maintain branding across Premier Play initiatives, reflecting Flesh and Blood’s visual language and Legend Story Studios’ brand standards.
  • Design event graphics: Produce event logos, posters, prize tickets, vouchers, banners, schedules, player badges, wristbands, and stage and venue signage.
  • Deliver production-ready assets: Prepare accurate print-ready and digital files for tournament organisers and vendors around the world.
  • Support event layouts: Use AutoCAD to develop floor plans, booth layouts, and signage placements for large-scale events.
  • Collaborate across the studio: Work with our Premier Play, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure each event’s visual storytelling supports its purpose and audience.

What you must bring

To be considered for this role, you must have

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD: You must be confident using AutoCAD to develop and update floor plans, booth layouts, and signage placement plans for events.
  • A strong design portfolio: Demonstrated experience creating cohesive visual identities and applying them across print, digital, and physical environments.
  • Print and digital production skills: Experience preparing accurate, production-ready artwork for printers, vendors, and digital channels.
  • Strong design fundamentals: An excellent eye for typography, layout, detail, and brand consistency.
  • An understanding of event spaces: The ability to design graphics, signage, and layouts that help players navigate and enjoy an event.
  • Collaboration and organisation skills: The ability to work across teams, manage multiple assets, and meet production deadlines.

Working hours

This role supports a global team across multiple time zones, so it is not a standard 9-to-5 position. You must be available to work early mornings or late evenings as required to collaborate with colleagues around the world and support Premier Play delivery.
