EWF Event Assistant 2026 - Edinburgh's Christmas & Hogmanay
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced event assistant to join the Edinburgh's Winter Festival team and work across both Edinburgh's Christmas & Hogmanay and additional events that Unique Assembly are operating and producing this festive season.
You'll provide administrative and operational support to the wider event team helping in all aspects of the event and key to the success of the season. An adminstrative background is advantageous but a keen interest in event production and operation is essential.
We are seeking one individual to fill this position. The position is Edinburgh based from 19th October 2026 to 11th January 2027. Applicants must have availability on weekends and over the festive period (26th Dec - 1st Jan)
The role is based on a 6 day working week with weekly salary of £650 per week for PAYE employee.
