We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the Property Department maintaining Councils owned and leased residential properties.

Nga Kawenga me nga Mahi: Responsibilities and Duties

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will

  • Responsible for maintaining the maintenance schedule
  • Manage future property maintenance works schedules, asset management plans, and service level agreements
  • Adhering to legislative requirements and the organisations policies and procedures
  • Respond to service requests, and complaints in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner
  • Manage the cleaning and security contracts for Council to ensure compliance
  • Sound decision-making skills
  • Ensure workplace health and safety obligations are implemented and adhered to in line with best practice

  • To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • Relevant qualifications in facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Asset Management, Construction related fields
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence
  • A high level of computer skills
