Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse

Clean soybean seeds. Remove dirt, sticks, and leaves from the seeds. Fill and weigh bags. Fill bulk containers. Clean and perform general maintenance on seed machines, buildings, and vehicles. Drive in town to pick up tools and supplies.

Requirements: 1 months of experience. Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
