Job Description
Clean seeds. Remove dirt, sticks, and leaves from the seeds. Fill and weigh bags. Fill bulk
containers. Clean and maintain seed machines and work area. Drive to town on occasion to
pick up seed supplies. General farm duties where assigned.
Requirements: 1 months of experience. Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
