Farmworkers, Farm, Ranch, and Aquacultural Animals - Livestock

Perform any of the following tasks to attend to livestock

Administer medications/vaccinations. Check cattle feed & water equipment. Maintain cattle feed & water equipment. Feed livestock/mix additives in feed. Inspect livestock for illness/injury. Collect and remove manure. Maintain heated watering system. Operate snow removal equipment. Break up ice in watering troughs. Drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Requirements: 3 months of experience. Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English.
