Job Description
To support a US Federal Government client, the full-time remote Federal Project Manager will oversee correspondence and records management activities, ensuring compliance with FOIA, Section 508, and other federal requirements while managing project schedules and deliverables.
##### Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with the Government, managing overall contract performance and personnel
Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, monitoring project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Facilitate executive meetings and document decisions, while overseeing compliance activities and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
##### Required qualifications
Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations
Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management and FOIA requirements
Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management or business process improvement
Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems
Strong ability to develop project plans, schedules, and executive-level reports
