Conduct thorough research and analysis of federal tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Prepare and review federal tax returns, including all necessary schedules and forms, accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze tax-related data and information for reporting and planning purposes.

Stay updated on changes in federal tax laws and regulations, and communicate any potential impacts to the organization.

Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on federal tax-related matters.

Work closely with external tax advisors and government agencies as needed.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline tax processes and increase efficiency.

Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and forecasting for financial reporting purposes.

Monitor and manage tax credits, deductions, and incentives to maximize tax savings for the organization.

Participate in special projects and initiatives related to federal tax, as assigned by management.
