Job Description

The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated HLTA to join our inclusive and forward looking school.
You will;
have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement,
be able to demonstrate understanding of the needs of children and families from across all backgrounds
have evidence to show an understanding of primary education; EYFS and KS1 and 2 national curriculum delivery
be able to show how they have contributed positively within a school setting,
have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
be a committed team member,
be committed to professional development,
