Job Description
Focused on enhancing go-to-market strategies, the full-time remote Field Readiness Lead will bridge product, marketing, and sales teams by translating complex strategies into actionable messaging and training materials to empower frontline staff.
##### Key responsibilities
Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and field teams to create effective messaging and enablement tools
Develop and refine training materials and communication frameworks to enhance frontline performance
Engage with field teams to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement
##### Required qualifications
Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts through clear messaging and training
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
Strong presentation skills and executive presence to engage diverse audiences
