Job Description
- Analyse financial, insurance and business information to identify performance trends, operational patterns, financial issues and opportunities for improved business outcomes.
- Discuss relevant financial products and solutions with clients, including life insurance, income protection, pensions and other appropriate financial products, referring matters requiring additional specialist advice to the appropriate adviser.
- Analyse client and business financial information to support financial needs assessment, business decision-making and the evaluation of relevant financial and insurance requirements.
- Review and analyse financial-product information received from insurers, pension providers, financial institutions and other providers, comparing relevant features, costs, benefits, terms and client considerations.
- Analyse client, policy, financial and operational datasets to identify trends, recurring issues, information gaps and opportunities for improving business processes and financial-service outcomes.
- Develop and maintain financial and business reporting solutions using Excel to analyse business activity, financial indicators, client activity, pipeline performance and operational KPIs.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management information solutions to provide structured analysis of financial, business, client and operational performance.
- Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends in incoming business, client engagement, case progression, conversion activity and business performance, providing analytical insights to management.
