Finance Manager – FP&A

At CloudOne Digital, we are seeking a Finance Manager who is a leader with a passion for providing valuable insights and support. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude who is willing to learn and grow. This role is responsible for owning the CAPEX forecast and business partnering with our data center teams. You will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision‑making processes of the organization. This role can be remote in the US, Bulgaria, or Slovakia. Responsibilities Own the FP&A close process for CAPEX Be key business partner for business unit leadership Manage the monthly CAPEX forecast model, process, and results for revenue & related KPIs Build out all corporate reporting to evaluate revenue and related KPIs, complete with variance explanations. Contribute to the business leader’s slides in the board deck Own budget reporting to and meetings with the business, providing variance explanations and changes to the forecast from those meetings. Own all ad hoc requests from the business leader Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong FP&A experience. Previous experience with CAPEX The ability to work with and manage an executive leader. Good Excel skills and the ability to think creatively. The ability to work through complexity and articulate a simple story. A passion for working with details. Strong collaboration skills. Ability to get hands dirty and build from the ground up.
