We're looking for a commercially savvy Financial Accountant to join our Support Office team and become a key partner to our Chief Financial Officer.

This is not a role for someone who likes sitting in a corner crunching numbers all day. We're after someone who can connect the numbers to the real world, challenge the status quo, influence decision-making, and help shape the future of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll be right in the heart of the business, taking ownership across:
• ✅ Financial reporting and month-end management
• ✅ Tax compliance (GST, FBT, RWT and IFRS compliance)
• ✅ Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• ✅ Business performance reporting and analytics
• ✅ Building strong relationships with merchandise, operations and external partners
• ✅ Driving process and system improvements across the finance function
• ✅ Supporting strategic business decisions through meaningful financial insights
• One minute you'll be analysing sales performance, the next you'll be improving reporting systems, or helping leadership understand what the numbers are really telling us.
