This is a high-impact role where you will go beyond "crunching numbers" to identify the "so-what" behind performance.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will act as the primary finance partner for the APAC region, ensuring that the mechanics of commissions and rebates are flawless while delivering deep-dive insights that drive revenue growth.</span></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b></h2><p><b><b>1.</b></b> Commercial Business Partnering</p><ul><li><p><span>Act as the dedicated finance partner for Australian Sales and Commercial leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide analysis on customer performance, mix, risks, and opportunities to drive regional strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluate new business profitability and update commercial offerings for existing clients.</span></p></li></ul><p>2. Commissions & Rebates Oversight</p><ul><li><p><span>Manage the end-to-end regional commission process, ensuring accurate and timely calculations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the Rebates Team to ensure all accruals and reconciliations align with active customer contracts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Audit rebate structures to prevent leakage and improve margin transparency.</span></p></li></ul><p>3. Insight, Risk & Opportunity (R&O)</p><ul><li><p><span>Maintain a live "Risks and Opportunities" register for the region, feeding into the monthly global FP&A cycle.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain dashboards tracking regional KPIs and sales pipeline health.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own the forecast and budget movements specifically for the APAC region.</span></p></li></ul><p>4. Global Integration</p><ul><li><p><span>Synchronize regional reporting with Global (UK) FP&A requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Navigate time-zone differences effectively to ensure the AU Commercial team and UK Finance remain aligned.</span></p></li></ul><h3>Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li><p>Experience:<span> 3–5 years in Commercial Analysis, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.</span></p></li><li><p>Education:<span> Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA/CA/CIMA (part or full qualification) is highly regarded.</span></p></li><li><p>Technical Proficiency:<span> Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential.
