Fitness Coach

**Additional shift allowance of 5% vacation time and 12.5% term time**

Loughborough Sport is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Fitness Coach to join the team at Holywell Fitness Centre. This role is central to delivering an outstanding customer experience within one of the UK’s leading university sporting environments. The successful candidate will help create a vibrant, welcoming and inspirational fitness space, encouraging students, staff and community members to engage in physical activity and achieve their health and performance goals. From delivering high-quality inductions and personalised programmes to leading group exercise sessions, the Fitness Coach will play a key role in driving participation and maintaining the exceptional standards associated with the Loughborough Sport brand.

Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, the Fitness Coach will actively engage with members on the gym floor, supervise safe and effective use of equipment, and contribute to innovative programming that responds to customer needs. The role also includes supporting student staff, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of facilities, assisting with sales and retention initiatives, and upholding health, safety and anti-doping policies.
