Fixed Systems Administrator

OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Fixed Systems Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to play a key role in supporting field engineers and ensuring the smooth delivery of service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning works.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineer diaries, coordinating workloads, and ensuring all jobs are scheduled efficiently. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage engineer diaries and schedule service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning workLiaise daily with engineers to coordinate workloads and job planningPrepare and send quotations to customersInput workshop jobs and process purchase ordersOrder stock required for scheduled worksTrack and manage service contracts, including pre-booking visits and arranging renewalsBook installations and commissioning work as stock becomes availableComplete all associated administrative paperwork accurately and efficientlyLiaise with and provide feedback to the sales team when requiredManage the hire fleet and raise hire contractsProvide general administrative support as requiredMaintain excellent customer service standards and communication at all timesRequirementsStrong diary management and organisational skillsPrevious experience in an administrative or customer service environmentHighly IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyConfident working in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy roleStrong team player with a proactive attitudeSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 per year depending on experienceINDCARDIWork Location: In person
