Job Description

We're looking for an Art Director and Copywriter team to join a brilliant creative agency and work across exciting integrated campaigns.
We're particularly interested in established creative teams who already work well together and can develop ideas from the initial brief through to final execution.
The role:
\ Develop big, original creative ideas across campaigns, social, digital, film, OOH and more
\ Work together from brief through to execution, combining strong writing and visual thinking
\ Create campaigns that are culturally relevant, strategically smart and creatively ambitious
\ Present and sell ideas confidently to clients
\ Collaborate with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, producers and wider teams
\ Take ownership of your work and see ideas through from concept to delivery
\ Work across different brands, audiences and briefs while maintaining a high creative standard
What we're looking for:
\ An established Art Director + Copywriter creative team
\ Strong agency background with experience working on integrated campaigns
\ A portfolio showcasing big ideas and excellent craft
\ Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn a brief into a compelling creative idea
\ Experience across multiple channels including social, digital, film, OOH and brand
\ Confident presenting ideas and communicating your creative thinking
\ Strong collaboration skills and a genuine team mentality
\ Curious, culturally aware and always looking for fresh ideas
\ Hands on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
We're looking for a team with chemistry, a strong creative point of view and the ability to make genuinely brilliant work together.
