Front-End Loader Operator

About the role

This is a hands-on role where your primary responsibility will be operating large wheel loaders to maintain continuous feedstock supply to our production plant. You'll be responsible for stockpile management, truck loading and unloading, feedstock handling, and ensuring safe and efficient yard operations.

Key responsibilities

Operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently

Managing feedstock stockpiles and material movements

Loading and unloading trucks

Maintaining continuous feedstock supply to production

Conducting pre-start inspections and basic machine care

Working safely around mobile plant, trucks, and pedestrians

Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards

About you

Proven experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery

Strong commitment to health and safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
