About the role
MELBA Karaka is currently recruiting experienced front of house/barista join our team! The ideal candidate will have worked in high volume venues, have strong product knowledge, genuine passion for the industry, be career driven and have the desire to learn more and contribute to a successful business.

Skills and experience
The right person will have had 3 year at least in a similar role and will be wanting to progress in their manager career. Also, this person will have a valid Visa or be a permanent resident of Australia or NZ.
You need to have the following characters
- Confidence in communicating, both with guests and colleagues.
- Minimum of basic food and beverage knowledge but we are always happy to share knowledge and help you grow.
- The ability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced, busy environment (We are a really busy venue.)
- A passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
- * Barista skill will be a bonus
- You must be available to work on weekends and some nights.
