Full Stack Engineer / UI Developer

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of PayPal's global payments platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code is delivered.

Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to enhance performance and scalability.

Stay updated with the latest front-end and back-end development trends and technologies, and recommend their adoption as appropriate.

Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of the platform.

Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed components.

Work closely with product managers and designers to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with QA team to ensure high-quality and bug-free releases.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the team.

Uphold and promote best coding practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.

Identify and escalate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery in a timely manner.

Proactively communicate project progress and any roadblocks to project stakeholders.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are encouraged.
