Job Description
Rice to include drive tractor, plow fields, planting & harvest rice crop; help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate motorized & push crawfish boats; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond, repair traps as needed, load & unload trucks, wash & grade, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements; all tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost; housing on premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
