General Packing Associate - Level 2

**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Weighs, sorts, wraps, and packs mushrooms
• Rotates through various positions on the line
• Load, stack, prep and clean the line as required.
• Complete the pre-trip inspection of the assigned equipment and recharge the electric equipment at the shift end.
• Operate Electric Pallet Jack and Hand Pallet Jack to bring mushrooms to all the lines.
• Organize the mushroom cooler at the end of the shift.
• Move the finished product from the lines to the cooler by using Hand pallet jacks and Electric Pallet jacks.
• Operate Electric pallet jack and Hand pallet jack to bring packing material (Boxes, Tills, Tapes, Pallets, Films, Labels etc.) from the packing storage area and move the packing supplies from packing room to their designated area.
• Feed the packing line and stack pallets as required.
• Set standard for level 1 GPA.
• Verify’ s quality assurance paperwork.
• Verify’ s BOL and other documents as required.
• Ensure all the pallet tags and crop passports are attached to the product for traceability purpose.
• Perform SAP scanning of the mushrooms (Finished and semi-finished good) to process the order.
• Provides support to Line Operators.
• Provides support and assists Lead Hand as required.
• Housekeeping as required.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned.

**Wage:**

• $19.86

**Qualifications:**

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada with no restrictions.

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Saturday (3:00pm-1:30am) or
• Sunday, Monday, Friday & Saturday (3:00pm-1:30am) or
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (3:00pm-1:30am)

**Hours of Work:**

• Any 5 to 6 days / week
• Approximately 30 to 60 hours per week / 8 to 14 hours per day
• Public holidays / Weekends as scheduled
• Daily shift end time vary based on production needs
