To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time contract Georgia Licensed Endocrinologist will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care

Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care

##### Required qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine

Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship and board eligibility

Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire

An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
